Wow! Bill Papaioannou from REMAX made selling my condo such a breeze! He was always professional and very personable. Bill never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured and helped me every step of the way. His staging, photographer and social media team did an outstanding job showcasing my condo & building to attract an incredible number of buyer's locally & from the GTA. Bill went over and above by virtually staging the outdoor courtyard to express a lifestyle, something no other agent has thought of doing before. We know a lot of real estate agents but we chose Bill because of his stellar track record & experience in setting Record breaking prices! Bill and his team really went all out to help me sell my house and I got well above asking in less than a week! His team of professional stagers and photographers were a lot of fun to work with and helped to make a process that I thought would be stressful, a very enjoyable experience. In addition to that he had my back and front yard landscaped which hugely improved the curb appeal of my house and turned out to be an important selling point to the buyer’s. Bill Papaioannou made selling my mom’s house easy and delivered a sale price well above what I was expecting. When my mom passed away, I needed to find a realtor in Hamilton who would work with me to sell my mom’s house in the Villages of Glancaster adult living community. The sale presented 2 notable challenges: it was an estate sale and I live in Montreal. I met with several agents from different brokerages, and I was really impressed by Bill’s experience and awards, as well as his marketing plans, and sales strategy for my mom’s house and decided to list the property with him. Bill also helped prepare the property for sale by arranging for the property to be landscaped (it was spring) and staged. By the time his photographer came to take pictures and videos (including a drone!) the place looked incredible. Bill worked with his team to create a stunning marketing package and virtual tour of the property, all set to music that my mom would have loved. By the time we were ready to list the property, the excitement was palpable. Using his vast network of contacts built over his decades of experience in Hamilton, Bill worked quickly to show the property to other agents in the Hamilton, Niagara, and Toronto areas and 10+ viewings were scheduled in a matter of hours. We received multiple offers after 2 days on the market and the house sold for $98K+ over asking!!! Throughout the negotiations, Bill was very professional and trustworthy. Bill organized our renovations prior to the sale and was there regularly to make sure time lines were being followed. He made sure the staging was perfect & paid super attention to detail. Bill & his assistant Greg Rozakis were available anytime we had questions & provided constant support & feedback. Their knowledge of the Real Estate market is superb and Bill is an excellent, shrewd negotiator. He got us multiple offers and our investment property sold way over our asking price setting a new record price for a Duplex in our neighborhood.
