Bill and his team did a great job in advising, assisting and representing us in the sale of our home. He advised us on the relevant market conditions for homes like ours. With the help of his recommended contractor, a sensible plan to fix it, paint it and clean it was put into action. After that work was completed efficiently and his stager went to work, the place looked great for marketing photos, visual tours and showings. After analysis of the market and comparables, we settled on a listing price designed to attract attention to the listing in a slow market. It worked. We found happy buyers within a few days of the property being listed. Bill negotiated wisely with the interested buyers and achieved a sale price well above asking without conditions. I should mention that I was out of town throughout the sale process. Bill and his team took care of several minor and annoying issues that arose that were hard to deal with from away and always cheerfully and gracefully, without hesitation.
