Brandon was Great! We found someone we could really trust. Searching for a home can be draining but Brandon kept us on track. He made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. We have worked with other realtors and he sure is the best! He was great at directing us to options that had a great value and meet our needs. He made sure our offers aligned to the market value. He was also my mom's realtor and she had a great experience. For my mom it was a bit tricky as she had a tight deadline but Brandon understood the urgency. My mom got a great property! I super recommend him!

It's interesting the categories that you requested a rating on as they all sum up every aspect of who Brandon is and how he works as a professional realtor. His experience and expertise never got in the way of him and his caring demeanor which made the whole intimidating process of buying and selling so much easier. And always after discussing an important topic, he would go and prepare an offer or prepare necessary documents right away which game me the ability to sell my place in a dwindling market and get into my dream condo when the chances were slim due to popularity. He comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience specific to real estate as well as recommendations regarding all the procedures that are involved in buying and selling. I have no doubt that he is the reason why I'm sitting here living out my dream!

He gave lots of tips about features and factors related to the property location, build material, amenity access, and potential future costs that I never even considered.
