Brandon is a professional real estate agent and I highly recommend working with him! He helped me buy a one-bedroom condo in 2022. He is very professional and also extremely helpful in all steps. He advised me to get pre-approved for the mortgage which gave me a good reasonable mortgage rate during the interest rate hike. He always sent me new condo listings in my interest area (west Coquitlam and Burnaby). As a first-home buyer, I had many questions and he was very patient and responded very quickly. Brandon was Great! We found someone we could really trust. Searching for a home can be draining but Brandon kept us on track. He made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. We have worked with other realtors and he sure is the best! He was great at directing us to options that had a great value and meet our needs. He made sure our offers aligned to the market value. He was also my mom's realtor and she had a great experience. For my mom it was a bit tricky as she had a tight deadline but Brandon understood the urgency. My mom got a great property! I super recommend him!
