Brandon is a rare breed. He does what he says. He steps in when I became overwhelmed. He is a team builder that makes you want to work with him. I have bought and sold many properties in my life. Brandon was a great resource for us when we sold our condo at Mount Washington. He is active in the village market and knows the properties well, so this experience really helped us understand the current market. We were on a tight timeline as we wanted to sell ASAP to give the buyers a chance to enjoy the latter part of the ski season. Brandon had our unit photographed and posted within a week of our decision to post it for sale. It was fast and busy, but we were able to keep up with him! We had 25 viewings of our property in 6 days, which lead to multiple competitive offers.
