We contacted Brenda a few months before we began our house hunting journey to Regina. We were put in contact with Brenda through a mutual acquaintance who recommended her expertise with Federal government relocations. From the moment we spoke with Brenda (while we were still in Ottawa) we got the feeling that we were in good hands. Brenda took lots of time explaining to us the various areas of the city, listing their pros and cons, helping get a feel for what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood. Having no friends or family in Regina made it tough for us to trust another persons opinions, however we were very pleased with what Brenda explained to us. We favorited 20 homes, and Brenda made sure to clear her calendar for the week we were in Regina. We landed in Regina early in the afternoon, and we hit the ground running, viewing homes right away. Brenda carefully looked over the homes with us and we felt that she really did have our best interest at heart. Brenda could have easily ushered us into a home or area as we were on a time crunch (5 days) but she relented, and we ended up finding our perfect home early in the week! Brenda was super fast with the paperwork and made sure we had everything we needed, offering suggestions for some services we required along the way. We cannot speak highly enough of Brenda and would certainly recommend choosing her, especially for relocating federal employees. She’s the best!
