We had a real challenege and needed a new agent ASAP as our agent had become ill and had no one to refer us to on a Friday. Brendan Rost came to the rescue and we were viewing homes within 2 hours of the previous agent. They even made sure that the other agent was looked after $. We secured a home within that next day and Brendan even saw a few issues that needed to be sorted out and did it for us as we were not around for the house inspection.
