Brett Mote was an amazing realtor and still helps out with any questions about property value or the market. He is professional and friendly, very down to earth, I was newly divorced and nervous about buying on my own. He was very trustworthy and showed me appropriate properties in my price range, does not pressure you. He protects the buyer and is very knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the sellers. I liked his honesty, his work and reputation are stellar, would recommend him hands down every time. I'm still very happy with my condo years later!

Brett is not only a great agent but also just a wonderful person! When our house journey began we booked viewings at a lot of different places and Brett was always willing to spend an afternoon with us. He learned our likes and dislikes with us and was then able to guide us into finding our dream home! He is professional, kind and you really get the feeling he cares about finding you exactly what will work for your needs. He helped us navigate all the steps that came with buying a home and with his network was also able to provide us with great recommendations on who to use for lawyers and home inspectors that we needed as well. He doesn't pressure you at all and will work with you for however long it takes to find "the one". In a city full of realtors, Brett is one of a kind.
