Brian Cyr is a professional and credible real estate agent with a wealth of experience. We were satisfied with all aspects of our home sale. In particular, Brian really shone when it came to networking and assisting us with finding buyers for our home. Also, we were very impressed with his negotiation skills - he was always on our side. We would not hesitate to recommend him to our closest family and friends.

Brian was excellent and very professional! His construction background was very helpful as he could provide the proper information at any time! He communicated with text messages and phone calls which were never ignored! I loved that he provided a storage unit and a moving van which made our move a lot less stressful! Brian has been the best agent we have ever used and would highly recommend his services.

Brian was awesome. I do believe the sellers agent let him down and it unfortunately affected the final experience for me. The seller had left stuff in the condo, which should have been previously checked by sellers agent. This did mar moving day. Brian did kingly remove the items but not fir a few days and not until I had pointed them out. ( no purchase walk through). I love the condo and the area and my parents for whom we purchased the condo are very happy.
