Brian researched similar places for sale. He evaluatd ours and gave us a realitic price we could expect to receive. He staged the condo and listed it quickly. Once an offer was obtained he presented it and negotiated a fair price, then led us through the sale process. We were very satisfied with his team's service and professionalism.

Great pre-Sale support with staging the house, guidance on the local market and even provided a contact for a awesome painter we used before showing the house for a few little touch up jobs!
