We first met Brian about 12 years ago when he handled the listing and successful sale of our Son's small condo in North Vancouver. Brian came highly recommended by my brother who is also a Remax agent in Edmonton. Well, we were impressed! Brian handled that small condo like a 2 million dollar property. I remember thinking at the time that if we ever sold our long time home in Walnut Grove that we would definitely use Brian for our listing. It was the best choice we could have ever made. He has continuously exceeded our expectations in every way. Some examples: -his long time house stager Lisa is an expert in what she does and we had a lot of fun as we went room to room noting her suggestions transforming our house into a 'showhome'. Wow! -his professional photographers and video producers (including drone videos) showed our house so well we were amazed! -his Son Stephen, who is also a Remax agent and works with Brian, reworked the video and posted our house on all the social media sites -he personally attended every showing including a 4 1/2 hour long inspection visit -even his wife Judy attended our open house to help answer questions when Brian got busy with other potential buyers Brian is an excellent communicator, is patient, and is a very experienced and trusted advisor and ally. Bottom line is that we would use Brian again in a heartbeat if we ever need a realtor in BC ever again. We would highly recommend him to our most dearest friends!
