Additionally, Jen really helped push forward our deal by coordinating with legal, financing, and ourselves in order to hit our purchase deadlines. <p>I am a fast paced, hard working professional with very little spare time. So, when I decided to sell my home I wanted to find a like minded Realtor, who I expected to work hard and assist me in all aspects of the Real-estate market.</p> <p>From advising me on pre-sale repairs and staging advice to suggestions on how to best set up my home for showings and everything in between, Bryon more than met my expectations in everything that he did. I would say that I have very high expectations in what I want from a realtor, If I have questions or concerns about about anything I expect that those things would be addressed/handled in a timely and efficient manner. I can tell you that not only did Bryon and his team meet those expectations but they far exceeded them. In every communication and interaction I had with Bryon and his team I was treated with not only professionalism but I was also made to feel like my every need was being taken care of.</p> <p>Working with The Howard Team was not only about business for me, it was also personal. When you are selling a house you have put your heart and soul into you want to feel like your Realtor understands that this can also be a very emotional experience. Bryon was a stranger to me when we first met and through this experience I was able to spend some real time getting to know him as a person, and today I can say that I am very glad to have met him and he has become more than just my Realtor.
