<p>I'm writing this review to thank the Howard team. There are very few businesses that are worthy of a review and even fewer that are worthy of the title great. The team of professionals on the Howard team are truly great. The passion they have for what they do makes dealing with them easy and effortless, I almost wish I had an endless supply of houses to sell. Bryon goes to an exhaustive effort to arm you with the information you need to make informed decisions, and when you are dealing with what is for most people the largest asset you might have in your life and how it can effect your quality of life that is very important. The last thing I need in my life is a pushy quick to sell salesman, and thankfully that is not what Bryon and his team are. They take the time to understand you situation, reason for selling and what you are trying to accomplish, and this was very important for me and my family. Every detail is looked after with professionalism, from the pro photographer, to the drone company that shot video of the whole ranch, the listing material was second to none. We are in a very challenging market right now, that did not deter Bryon from getting maximum value.<br /> I'm not merely making a recommendation, I'm telling you the Howard team is Great at what they do, and in a world of ok and sub bar businesses you should choose a great business for life's major decisions.</p> <p>I sincerely wish to thank all of the members of the Howard team for being great.</p> <p>C Graham</p>
