I contacted Caitlin in July to help with selling my condo in Richmond and purchasing another property in the Vancouver area. Regarding the sale of my unit, Caitlin provided me with clarity on what adjustments were necessary to improve the chances of selling. Her staging skills were amazing and resulted in an offer (which I accepted) after only 2 weeks on the market for a great price! Caitlin showed knowledge of the market and constant availability to answer my questions. On the buying aspect, Caitlin was full of valuable suggestions during the visits and remarks that I had not considered. Always respectful of my preferences and her opinions were in line with them. I ended up moving out of the province, but to no fault of her. Really recommend Caitlin for your real estate transactions! She is fun to work with, full of enthusiasm, available and communicates clearly.
