I found Calvin to be a very competent, professional, friendly and courteous realtor. I would not hesitate to do more business with Calvin and recommend him to anyone else.

When we began looking for homes we did not have a real estate agent, not because we didn’t want one, we just had not looked into anyone at that time. We stumbled across Calvin because of a property he was selling that we were interested in. Although that property was pending with an offer, Calvin did not stop there. He called, introduced himself and offered to set up houses in the same area that we would be interested in viewing. At this point, we had yet to meet Calvin in person, however we knew from his professionalism on the phone, we were in good hands. Calvin is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate department. Upon entering houses, he will first discuss the outside of the premise, pointing out areas such as the roof, eavesdrops, windows and driveway. He identifies any areas of concern right away but will also point out ways the seller has upgraded or improved the home. Calvin was able to “see” many different aspects of houses, that we as first time home buyers did not. For example, in one home, the freezer door was not able to fully open due to the wall and location of the fridge. There is no way we would've discovered that flaw within minutes but he did. When we finally decided on the home, Calvin made the process feel exciting not stressful. He kept us in the loop the entire time through texts, emails and phone calls. This being a whole new process for us, we were nervous, buying a house is a huge purchase. Calvin eased all our fears and concerns and answered all our questions. We had a best and final price we were not willing to go over and we respected Calvin and his expertise when he said we can try but there is no guarantee. We appreciated the fact he was willing to try, and he was an excellent negotiator because in the end we got the house we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Calvin has been a great guy to work with. He’s punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Calvin is someone we would definitely use again whether we were selling or buying. We will be passing along his name to any of our friends or family interested in purchasing or selling their home.

Within minutes of meeting Calvin he showed his knowledge of the industry by pointing out some key features to look at when viewing a property. As first time home buyers it was reassuring that not only was our realtor a complete professional, but that he was able to easily teach us some things to pay attention to, while not overwhelming us through the whole process. Calvin was always available when we needed him and even made sure to reach out to us while he was on vacation. We can’t say enough great things about him. We would recommend Calvin to anyone looking to buy or sell their home and, when it is time to sell our home or invest in a new property, we will be sure to use him again!

Calvin is very aware of what I am looking for in the marketplace and only sends me listings that i would be interested in. He is always professional and shows up when he says he will. He has sold 2 properties for me and does the due diligence required to get them listed so they will sell. He puts great effort into the listings themselves to make sure they stand out in the sea of other listings. Both properties were sold in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Calvin in either a purchase or a sale.

We found him very helpful in finding a rental property in a good area. Very prompt with answering our questions, and gave honest opinions of houses that we looked at. Not pushy trying to make a sale but just helpful to help us find what we wanted.
