Cannot say enough positive about Carey and Michelle too for that matter. They were in contact immediately if anything ever had to be conveyed to us. The other reassuring thing in working with them both was that their experience already enabled them to form an opinion/think on advice to provide with every phone call. What I mean is that they'd ask us our thoughts on each issue and hear us out with understanding and empathy, then were able to give a reliable professional opinion or options to us. I don't ever recall a time that I second guessed. They take enough of a risk to get the results you need. Professional, reliable, on time, knowledgeable, experienced, not pushovers, courteous, fun, and go above an beyond the requirements of the job. It feels like trusting a friend to get the job done for you.
