<p>Carl was always there for us during the selling process. We could count on his knowledge of the market and the intent of the buyer.<br /> Carl looked after our home while listed. We live 2 1/2 hours from Sylvan Lake and anything that came up he was always willing to take care of in our absence. We are so thankful.</p> <div>Other realtors who showed our home left lights on or doors unlocked.
