Due to market conditions, our house was on the market for almost a year and Carol worked hard to keep us positive.

As a small landlord, one has to be so thorough in the vetting process. Carol was very knowledgeable in detecting fraudulent documents and conducting extensive background checks, both in employment and financial claims. She walked our present tenants through the process and presented potential tenants with a lot of information, making the decision making process easy. Professional and extremely knowledgeable.
