Saying goodbye to the house we brought our babies home to will not be easy. Luckily, the entire process of selling was VERY easy thanks to Carson and his amazing team. We would recommend Carson to anyone looking to sell. His sellers guide was a great roadmap for us to follow and his team was only ever a text away any time we had questions.

We bought a new home with Carson and his experience in the industry made the process so much easier. Carson was able to indicate the differences between the new home builds that a buyer wouldn't necessarily know. For example: differences between slide and crank windows and the benefits of having one vs the other. He even came to the new home inspection with us to assist in identifying deficiencies. He has a sharp eye and helped us get as many items dealt with in the first visit. We would definitely recommend him and his sales team.

We wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone interested in selling or buying a home to Carson and his team. Carson has taken the time to build an incredibly functional team that allows them to service their clients in the most efficient way possible. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and communicative. You can especially tell that Carson is passionate about his job and his crew, we felt very comfortable with his wealth of knowledge and appreciated his professional opinion.
