I first met Cath in the most unexpected way, at a McDonald's while watching over our kids. We quickly connected through our shared Filipino background. She later invited my wife and me to sit down and talk more seriously about our home search. From the very beginning, she was never pushy and was incredibly genuine, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping us find the right home. She took the time to really understand our needs (specially my wife's haha), asking thoughtful and detailed questions that made us feel seen and heard. Her insights into the market gave us confidence throughout the process, and she was always available to answer our questions day or night. What impressed us most was her dedication: she even worked on our offer while she was supposed to be enjoying a vacation at Disneyland! That level of commitment is rare.
