<p>After many years of looking for the right house and many real estate agents we were at a loss. Maybe too picky ? We were referred to Catherine. She began to gather what exactly we were looking for and the areas we wanted to be in. From here we looked at numerous houses. All fit our needs and wants , but we were still waiting for the one. Then one Saturday morning we found our dream house. Catherine was very prompt in advising us we needed to act and utilized her skills to get us the house. The professionalism and knowledge she gave us was definitely the deciding factor . Catherine Schellenberg has now sold two properties for me and recently helped me find my dream home. Buying and selling properties is indeed a stressful time, and I can think of no one better to have on your side than Catherine. She is incredibly competent and knowledgeable and will guide you through all aspects of buying or selling- from searching for homes right through to staging your home for sale, and of course the entire selling process. There is simply no aspect of real estate that she doesn’t either already know, or will quickly find out for you. She is confident and assertive, but at no point puts pressure on you as a buyer or seller. Catherine came highly recommended to me by a friend who had also had very successful experiences with her, and I don’t hesitate to pass her name on to others. Catherine is knowledgeable and professional and really listened to help understand my needs. She helped explain things in a way I understood and cared to help find the house that was perfect for me. She was accessible and never made me feel pressured or rushed and was supportive and encouraging .
