<p>I was living in Toronto looking for a property in St. Catharines - 1&1/2 hrs. away. I knew nothing and no one. Cathy took me under her wing and showed me properties that met my specifications and budget; she did not push me, which is very important to me. I felt I was heard.</p> <p>Being a newcomer she also pointed out all of the amenities in the vicinity of each property, as well as the potential drawbacks. She also arranged contacts for a mortgage broker, lawyer and home inspector.</p> <p>Cathy was very direct, open and honest and I felt that the focus was to make me happy - the focus was not to make a sale at any cost.</p>

They did a good job and I also enjoyed all the interaction due to their warm nature.They were professional and had a vast array of knowledge which provided me with ample tips for the preparation and sale of the house.
