<p>We had no experience with buying a home so we walked in and was referred to you and your team. It was a wonderful experience and you guided us through our purchase with great care. You and your team went above and beyond to help us during this very stressful period in our lives , not only with the sale of our home but knowing we had health issues in the family during this period you took care of issues I don't believe most agents would. You and your team showed that you care not only for us getting the best price for our home but that you truly care for your fellow man!! Had some issues with condo corp. and fixing a few things but you and your team helped guide us through this and in the end things went well we will remember how caring your team is and that in the end we received above asking for our home ... yippy!!</p>

She never tried to talk us into anything that we didn’t want to do. We always felt that we were important to her and she always had time for us. She was there every step of the way. Cec is everything that you look for in a realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, honest, kind, patient, helpful, and determined. We are so grateful to have worked with Cec. I would definitely recommend Cec to anyone who is looking for a great, hard-working realtor. She is the best!</p>

<p>Extremely professional, super friendly and easy to work with - they know their stuff and they make it happen - no muss, no fuss, just get it done :) Any frustration I had was managing expectations with buyer and mortgage appraiser for visits after the sale. I found it frustrating that I couldn't provide the dates and times that would work for me - I had to concede to their schedule. This was the only part of the process that made me cranky (but Cec already knows this one).</p>

<p>We know many real estate agents, the Silbernagels rise to the top because of their loyalty, confidentiality and discreteness to both buyer and seller. They treat everyone with respect as well as the properties they handle. We gave the Silbernagel team quite a challenge selling our house regarding advertising and showing restrictions...they accepted our terms without question, worked with us, and sold quickly. The Silbernagels always respond quickly to texts and emails - they understand the anxiety and stress that selling or buying a house can cause and do everything they can to alleviate that.</p>
