Chad was and is amazing. His knowledge and patience was a Godsend. He knows the market and as a resident of the area he is willing to share information and stories. He was always in communtication first via phone and follow up with email. He made sure that all contracts were signed and that we were all informed of what was happening. Never a concern about the paperwork. He was accommodating always. He made extra trips just to double check on concerns that we had. He understood that living 3 hours away was an issue for us. It was never an issue for him. He went the extra mile always and did that because he cares about people. Buying and Selling is an emotional element. He made this process an Adventure and a fun one.
