In a very hot housing market Chad was able to get us an amazing price; with a little luck on our side and Chad’s great negotiation skills we were able to take possession June 2021. Truly supportive agent. Our transaction was not a straightforward one and, in dollar terms, not a large one. However Chad was on top of every curve that was thrown, adjusting and amending as required and always providing clear and timely communication with the purchasers of our property, the vendors of our new property, and ourselves. Chad was recommended to us. The integrity of that person certainly motivated my wife and I to make contact with Mr. Mielke. When he arrived at our front door and within seconds of that meeting there was an instant connection. First, he has a genuine glowing personality, full of enthusiasm. As we began our discussions he took the time to ask and to listen to the reasoning for us wanting to sell our home of 29 years. After Chad left Jean and I looked at each other and said "wow". if anyone can sell our beautiful home this guy can. Chad has some unique traits. He is an extremely positive individual. It is obvious that he understands the strength of maintaining positive control of situations no matter which way things are going. His respect for other agents was very obvious. The feed-back we received from Chad after each showing was quick matter info was relayed it was always built around the positives and never the negatives.
