From the moment we met Chelsea we just felt like she was part of our family as we prepared to relocate from Parry Sound. We had a very short window that was further complicated by having to sell 2 properties and the distance to come for viewings. She listened to our needs, but also took the time to understand our family’s lifestyle and unique considerations. She was also available and so incredibly responsive to any and all questions we had as well as for last minute multiple showings!! We are a multigenerational family of four plus 2 grandparents and Chelsea helped us find our perfect home and possibly more important— the perfect neighborhood. She was so patient as we were very short on time—- viewing 13 + homes and in the end buying the first and last one we saw! Chelsea’s bubbly personality just made our whole family feel comfortable working with her— but when it comes to business she is equally brilliant! It is obvious why she was top 30 under 30! We have now been here for 2 weeks and already feel like this is home!! We would highly recommend Chelsea as one of the best in the business (I think she is the best!)!
