Chelsey was fantastic helping use buy a home. She pointed out many things we would likley have overlooked during our extensive hunt for an affordable home. She also had many industry contacts that were more than helpful to us. Would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Chelsey Charalambidis helped me fulfill my goal of buying my first home! I am still giddy that I am a homeowner. I had a rather a short timeline for my goal, so finding something that was suitable and immediately livable was a tall task. Her knowledge of the Valley and her experience as an agent helped me immensely in my search! I gave her a few lists of possible homes and she sent me detailed descriptions of the possible problems with the home, what other agents had said about the home and whether or not it would be an ideal match for my goals. My dream home ended up being the 3rd home we saw, but I still checked 4 other homes just to make sure that I was right. She also scheduled me for a second viewing 24 hours after the first, so I could see if my impressions held up. Her negotiations with the selling agent also helped me to feel really good about the purchase price.

Chelsey was amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer we were pretty lost going into the process and Chelsey made us feel so comfortable from start to finish. Always available and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend Chelsey to anyone looking to buy in the Courtenay area.

Chelsey walked us through every step, making the process of buying our first home incredibly easy and stress-free. As out-of-towners, viewing properties was challenging. However, Chelsey arranged a FaceTime viewing for a property we liked. When we were in town for just a day, she spent hours of her time showing us several properties, including the one we ultimately purchased. She was always quick to respond and ensured that everything was taken care of promptly. She also helped us negotiate a lower price for the property. I can't recommend Chelsey enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home - she's simply the best! :)
