<p><br /> Me: First-time condo owner, early 90's building, original kitchen & bathroom, no major upgrades done.</p> <p>I chose Cheryl because she sold a unit in my building, within a day of listing, (2bd, 2bth, 1000sqft, redone kitchen & bathroom, 3rd flr). My unit went in 3 days (1bd, 1bth, 870sqft, 4th/top flr). My neighbour across the hall took 3 weeks (2bd, 1bth, 900+sqft, redone kitchen & bathroom, 4th/top flr) with a different realtor, listing within a week of mine and within $10,000.00 of my asking price.</p> <p>Cheryl had a stager come in and help me organize and clean; had multiple scheduled showings within the first few days; took the time to explain process and concepts; in the bidding war, got me the best price and even helped with getting me a lawyer.</p> <p>Cheryl was professional, patient and most importantly developed interest and worked hard to have realtors and the public know about my listing. She made the process as stress-free and seamless as possible. I couldn't believe how fast it happened.</p> <p>I have no doubt I will use her services again for my next purchase and definitely, for any future sales I have. I think she's one of the best, if not the best realtor in the city and you can't go wrong using her services.</p>

<p>Cheryl is the only realtor I would ever use. We have had many terrible, disappointing, unsatisfactory realtor experiences and dreaded having another, but Cheryl was amazing. She actually worked for us, was punctual, informative, effective. Can't say enough. Get her!</p>

<p>We contacted Cheryl while we were still living in Northern BC and were wanting to move to Victoria. We only had a few days to find a home or else we would have had to travel back again.
