Che is phenomenal! Incredibly responsive (the longest I waited for a reply was 10 minutes) and super knowledgeable (his 20+ years of experience shows). As first-time homebuyers, we needed some guidance. Che was great at helping us see the pros and cons of the different properties we visited, highlighting features and potential problems that we hadn’t even considered. You can tell he’s picky about houses in the best possible way, and uses his pickiness to ensure you get what you’re really looking for. When it came time to put a deal together, he was expert at walking us through the steps, and helped us negotiate a price we were happy with. Very highly recommend!

We worked with Che to sell a difficult property. It was an “as is were is” type of property. Che was really good at helping us to understand the complexity of the situation. He helped manage our expectations and emotions during the sale. Che is also very truthful. In these situations you may not want to hear the truth but you really need to hear it so you can make the best decisions possible. Count on him to give you all the facts and information you need. Che is very responsive to communication at all times of the day, and had all the time in the world to give to us even though we weren’t his only active client’s. Che as the ability to make it seem less like a business/professional relationship and more like taking care of something with one of your buddies. He was a pleasure to work with and we will be using him in the future.

I would recommend Che to anyone (and did in fact, he sold my moms place)… Before I found him by searching reviews on Google, I had a different realtor for three months, barely had any showings and they went one to two months without even contacting me… Once I started with Che, it was complete night and day, all of a sudden I was getting showing after showing, and whether I had a showing or not one week, he would still contact me just to keep in contact. Once I got an offer and then began the house buying process, he made it so smooth for me and was helping me through the entire thing, and he was available at any time I needed. He will be who i will call if i need a realtor again and who i will recommend if anyone needs one! Thanks again Che for everything!!

Che helped me purchase a home a while back. Was patient with me as I needed to see a lot of houses. I am now selling my current home and he has been very helpful and professional.

When we decided to put my mothers home on the market to sell, we interviewed 3 agents and we decided on Che to be our agent for a few reasons. First off we felt very comfortable with him and that spoke volumes. Che provided us with competitive prices for homes in the area and allowed us to make solid decisions based on that. Che also suggested certain things that we should do to make the home more attractive for sale. I would recommend Che if you are looking for someone who can relate to the needs of the seller, without bias.
