I was first introduced to Chris and his team by my former realtors that decided to retire later that year, which I was quite disappointment as they were good at their profession, and I figured it would be hard to compare to. Once I started working with Chris and his team, I concluded quickly that I will be in great hands, and I was very satisfied with his work from the start. As a first-time home buyer, it was overwhelming to say the least at times, but Chris was very easy going, quick response, very knowledgeable in all aspects and in my opinion the most important he was always looking out for my best interest. I am the type of person that likes to know as much as possible and learn when I can, he is honest about the good, the bad, and the ugly from the start which is what I want, if I am going to make the biggest purchase of my life. Looking at houses with Chris I was able to learn a lot about houses and I been in the construction industry for 12+ years. If you are looking for good, honest realtors then there is no reason to continue looking, Evoy Real Estate has my recommendation every time.
