Finding a real estate agent that actually delivers on promises is not an easy search. After one failed listing and 4-5 interviews with others we found Christian, who listened, was honest, answered all questions, was forthright, clear in what he was saying and expressed genuine enthusiasm to get the home sold. The existing tenant proved to be an obstacle at times, but Christian went out of his way to make sure the home was cleaned and more than presentable for all showings. He teamed with Holly McGregor to make sure the offer, conditions of sale and house closing happened seamlessly. They are honest real estate professions, (a rarity in my experience).
