We can confidently say that Christian exceeded our expectations. Our initial contact with him was regarding one of his listings—we called on a Sunday, expecting to leave a message. To our surprise, Christian answered and cheerfully provided all the information we needed. Although we didn’t end up purchasing that particular property, when we found “the one,” we didn’t hesitate to reach out to Christian for help with the transaction. He is honest, communicative, kind, and knowledgeable. We would gladly work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone in the market.

Finding a real estate agent that actually delivers on promises is not an easy search. After one failed listing and 4-5 interviews with others we found Christian, who listened, was honest, answered all questions, was forthright, clear in what he was saying and expressed genuine enthusiasm to get the home sold. The existing tenant proved to be an obstacle at times, but Christian went out of his way to make sure the home was cleaned and more than presentable for all showings.
