In a few words - we felt 110% confident by partnering with Tara and her team! We recently sold a condo with Tara. While this can be a stressful process, primarily when you are residing out of the province, our experience was quite pleasurable. She was truthful, provided great feedback, helped explain all details clearly and managed the actual sale negotiation skilfully. In addition, we greatly appreciate the fact that she was highly responsive to every one of our questions, no matter how small those were. As we consider future opportunities to purchase or sell a piece of real estate in the Toronto GTA, we are decidedly confident Tara would be the right partner to help us navigate this new adventure!

We worked with Ali for our first ever home purchase. She was fantastic. We looked around for several months and had her take us to over a couple of dozen listings. She was as patient during the last listing we checked out as she was during the first. Zero pressure to make a decision, she was very understanding of our needs, our budget, location preferences etc. We made a couple of bids which we lost, and she would herself say "Naah, let's not bid more its not worth it". Very clearly on our team. Back in 2019, she'd helped us get our rental too. Cannot recommend her and the Christine Cowern team enough.

As a complete newbie and recent grad with a limited budget I wasn't sure what to expect, but Ali and the team made everything so easy. On the same night that I viewed a perfect condo she got the seller to agree to our offer! Couldn't have gone any better, very satisfied.
