Christine is a very professional real estate agent and have a solid understanding of current market trends. We followed her constructive suggestions and the results were all satisfactory. On the bidding day following the open house, we received three offers but Christine was rather confident and she suggested we should turn down the offers and increase the listing price the next day. It turned out to be an extremely smart move because it still attracted a great number of showings! Due to the high mortgage rates from the bank , my husband and I do not expect a high selling price for the house, but to our great surprise, we reached our target price! We would definitely recommend Christine to anyone who is interested in selling/buying a housing property for living or investment. As a seller of the condo unit, Christine helped me to nagivate in this challenging buyer's market with a sense of peace in mind. She took care of the condo unit by first coordinating with the tenant's move-out, appointing a cleaning company, hiring a handyman for repair and maintenance, replacing the ceiling light, and ordering a staging company before listing. The condo was listed in a mint condition. Her advice allowed my Condo to attract a decent amount of potential buyers' interest in this challenging environment. The weekly traffic report is particularly helpful for us in taking a proactive approach to targeting potential buyers. I am impressed with the fact that she followed up with each agent who had a visit to my Condo for feedback. Her superb negotiation skill secured me a firm and non-conditional offer with a mark-up in the selling price. Very impressed with the professional service.
