I basically just handed her the keys, and she and her assistant took care the rest,they help us to find the cleaning company, referral great handyman, find us outstanding staging company, all cost effective. work with her it is stress free. For the most recent condo sale, the market was particularly tough. Christine proposed a marketing strategy that initially made us a bit nervous, but it turned out to work brilliantly. Her precise analysis and pricing strategy helped me sell my condo at $868 per square foot, while another unit in the same building that listed at the same time sold for only $818 per square foot. I think she’s truly amazing—not only did she help us achieve a higher price, but she also secured a quick closing for us cause our unit is vacant. All I want to say is: thank you Christine, you really did an good job. In my heart, you are always the best realtor in Toronto.
