As a first time home buyer, Cody took his time to explain the renting process and advised me on the tenants that would care for my condo rather than cause trouble. He conducted background checks to ensure that the tenants had clean records, conducted credit scores ensuring that they are financially stable, and showed the unit to the tenants. He made the process so easy that all I had to do was sign the legal documents. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for tenants or even buying a home.
