We can’t thank Cody enough for helping us get our home here in Edmonton. Buying a house from a different city can be stressful, but he made the process smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable! On our first visit here from Toronto, we told Cody that we didn't have a specific timeline in mind and are just browsing the neighbourhoods, even then, he made us feel like his top priority—sending us detailed reports of every property, the neighbourhoods, and giving honest feedback and keeping us informed every step of the way. His deep local knowledge helped us choose the right neighbourhood, and this prompt work and great negotiation skills ensured we got a great deal when the perfect house came up on the market. He even coordinated inspections and paperwork seamlessly, so by the time we arrived, everything was ready for us to just seal the deal!! We got in touch with cody in 2024 when we were still deciding on our move and were unsure. Even without any firm plan Cody made his best effort to show us around the city in one of our visits from Toronto and helped us nail down our most desirable neighborhoods. When we found our house we could not visit immediately due to work, but cody made every effort to get us a virtual viewing at the earliest and got an inspection done for the property within 24 hours.
