Let’s talk about what it means to be an EXCELLENT relator in the context of a (high turn over) student town, like London, ON. In short, if you’re looking for an excellent agent, Cody Tilbury is your man. As busy working professional, I did not want to waste my time with unprofessional agents, and Cody did not disappoint. My observations: ----Responsiveness & Adaptability - Of the numerous real estate inquiries sent out, he was one of the few agents that actually took the time to: (1) reply and (2) strived to understand my needs and assess if he could be of service. Then, when my “house hunting” dates changed, due to a family emerg, he quickly pivoted his schedule to support my revised dates/needs. ---Attention to Detail – On numerous showings, I observed the results of some of the low quality agents within London (i.e. sold listings still being advertised, false advertising on listings, approved showings where occupants were still sleeping in the bed), but with Cody, I felt confident that he didn’t cut corner like that. He’s was sharp, on time, and caught many small details that I would have otherwise missed. ----Genuine Customer-Forward Approach – While there are many “hot shot” (pretentious) real estate agents out there, who are solely focused on volume and the payout, I felt that Cody was different. Cody is focused on the customer relationship. Cody is a genuine professional who provides his industry perspective paired with reasonable (what is best for you) recommendations. ----Experienced – He grew up here, he’s grown as a professional here and he’s raised a family here. He’s been around, seen the trends and can explain what to expect next. As well, he knows what is sketchy on the surface, what is sketching behind the scenes and both of those are key factors when making major investments in real estate. Overall, his services helped me land exactly what I needed and I am thankful that we crossed paths. 10/10 & BRAVO, good sir!
