Colin is a consummate professional with outstanding customer service skills. He responds to every email and phone call promptly and is very knowledgeable. He was the perfect person to guide me through the process of buying this apartment and I felt that he was protecting me and advising me of potential pitfalls along the way. He was very patient with all my stupid questions and I felt he was always looking out for my best interest. He is very kind and understanding and he knows his business inside and out. I recommend him highly and will use him again for any future purchases or sales.
