We had a great experience with Cordell, he was very patient with us, we kept changing our minds of what we wanted. We were working out of province and he would take our calls day and night, always happy to help. We had a short window to find a house, so Cordell helped us in our stressful time to find a house and reassure us that everything was going to go well and we would find our home. He was always very honest with prices and always had our back. I would use Cordell again and highly recommended using him!

Working with Cordell was amazing! We found him at an open house and did not have a realtor to work with at the time. He offered to meet with us to go through what a first time home buying experience would be and met with us that week to do the same. He then was able to go through houses with us, did not make us feel rushed, and listened to each detail we wanted or did not want included in our home! Cordell was patient and kind when we went through houses and was so open to hearing our opinions.
