I was referred to Corey by my sister and brother in-law who have worked with him several times. As a first time buyer I was really nervous. Corey was wonderful and walked me through the process in a way that I could understand. He is very knowledgeable about not only the process but also the neighborhood and other important information. He was able to provide referrals for other services I needed including inspections, condo document review companies, mortgage brokers etc. because he has been in the industry for so long. Not only was I happy with his work but also the people he referred He had a great way of referring me to others- he provided me information for several providers he knew were good and then let me decide who to work with. He was not pushy to use one of these people but I asked him for recommendations. One of my biggest concerns was not being able to reach someone when I had a question or not knowing I was supposed to do something and missing a deadline. Corey was great. He always called or messaged me back very quickly and was great about contacting me in the way I preferred which was helpful. Everything was completed on time and no deadlines were missed. Shopping for a home during a pandemic was stressful but Corey and his team were great. He made sure to wear a mask when needed and when I went into his office they were following all the appropriate guidelines including wearing masks, using hand sanitizer and distancing. I can not think of anything that did not exceed my expectations and would absolutely refer him to anyone looking to purchase a home. If I purchase a new home in the future I will use Corey again.

Our house had a major structural problem and also needed many updates, and yet Jeff was able to bring in many showings and we had multiple offers. He was very pleasant to work with throughout, and explained things to us well. He was extremely efficient and available.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and about the process and was able to answer and questions that we had. It was our first time buying a house and he was always a quick phone call away if we had and questions even if they were not related to him.
