Corey came to our home in February 2021 to do a home evaluation, after much consideration we decided to hire him to sell our house in summerwood, Sherwood park. Corey went above and beyond throughout the entire transaction. From ordering our real property report, to providing me with information on staging and upgrades that I needed to do, to putting the house up for sale, selling it in two days, getting $5,000 over list price, to house hunting for a new home, he was there every moment that I needed him. Buying a house in this frenzy of a market was stressful. But I knew that Corey had my back at all times. At some point I was wondering if I was going to be able to find a home that I loved, settling for something was starting to become a possibility. However anytime I start to think that way Corey had all the right questions, kindness and guidance to help me gain patience and Hope. He was able to negotiate us into a home that ended up being far more beautiful and perfect for us than I could have ever imagined. He really was great to work with, he is funny but also very serious when it came down to helping us with this very large purchase. Corey did an amazing job and hired very professional Videographers and photographers to get the absolutely best media of my home for the sale. I have to admit that at first I was sceptical but then once I realized what an amazing professional job that he does I realized it was well worth the money. Not only did he get the job done but he also made it fun and enjoyable with his great sense of humor. I have to say I enjoy working with someone who is proficient and professional but also likes to have a few laughs as well. I highly recommend Corey to anyone. He was totally thorough and did a great job at representing me and getting the house sold.

From the first day that Corey contacted me he was amazing, I found he was easy and comfortable to talk to for first time meeting. He was very informative on looking up the info on the unit that I was interested in, he did a great job with getting all the info with the questions that I had.
