The first house I bought with Cory was $460,000. The last (4th) house was $3.5 million. 17 years ago, just after getting married and starting a family, Cory walked us through the buying (and later, the selling) process and things could not have been smoother. 2 kids later, driving by another beautiful home (which I immediately assumed I could not afford), my wife informed me that we had a viewing that evening at 7pm (she had called Cory while we were driving) and 3 days later we owned our 2nd home. Cory just made the process easy and stress-free. Now the 3rd home was a different story. At this time we choose a different realtor totally out of convenience (she was already there). Although we were perfectly happy with the new home and the buying process of that home, the selling of the old home was a nightmare to say the least and I ended up selling for much less than what it was worth. With our 4th and (hopefully) final home, Cory could not have been more accommodating. From showing us a multitude of homes to representing us in all aspects of selling the home (ie finding stagers, get everything ready wrt small repairs/painting/electrical repairs/gardening/recommending movers on top of setting up pamphlets, photos, videos, open houses etc. and even smoothed the way with lawyers and dealing with all the questions the bank has with setting up financing. Even months after the sale of our home he dealt with the concerns of the buyers without stressing us about it. Cory is thorough, looks at all aspects of buying and selling from your perspective, no question is too small if you have concerns, and has the connections to help you with any needs that you or your home has. Most importantly he is very conscientious and honest. Having experienced other realtors, it's good to know that we can always rely on him and any future (though I'm hoping not! 8-) real estate dealings will be through Cory. We cannot recommend him enough!
