Craig was helpful and took the time to answer my questions. He was very professional and worked to get me a good deal on the property.

My wife and I had been wanting to purchase larger properties closer to the city as we were facing the eventual replacement of our farm. I had known Craig Finnman for some time and he had set us up on a watch list, from which we could get an idea of what the market was like, including viewing a number to create a short list. It really helped my wife and I when we finally found the piece we were looking for. It was listed as a commercial property, outside the normal MLS listings so I initially tried to contact the selling agent myself as I have always though of myself as good negotiator, but I did not get much of a response. It was when Mr Finnman got involved that he was able to get some info, come up with an offer and that got the ball rolling. I also found that working through our realtor it was good to have a second level to bounce ideas off and backing off the pressure, letting Craig and his experience set the pace. The property was initially priced quite high but Craig suggested that we could get the price down substantially, which got our confidence up in securing the piece for much less than the listed price. We have owned it for almost 5 years now and we continue keep in touch with Craig regularly.
