Craig is very friendly, personable and goes beyond. My Mom had just passed, her condo needed to be sold. My Sister and I live in another province, we needed to return home. Craig came by the condo with in 2 hrs of our chat with all the paperwork we needed to sign to get the condo on the market. ( after hrs) Our Moms condo sold in less than one month. Bought and sold my home with Craig. First, communication was excellent and I never felt like he was too busy to deal with me directly and answer all of my questions. I first tried to sell during a difficult time in the market. When I couldn’t get my price quickly and had to leave town permanently Craig used his contacts to find me a renter very quickly. I thought this was odd for a realtor and it works against his own interests but I had those excellent tenants for 10 years. We listed at that time and sold in one day. Can’t say enough how impressed I have been with Craig and his team!!
