<p>Craig is a well-respected real estate agent in the city. He knows the market areas and gave fair, responsible advice. He was very helpful in staging our place with advice as to what was important to make our place ready to place on the market. When offers came in he was able to help us narrow our choices so the most appropriate one was chosen.</p>

He nailed it and our home sold in 3 days! He also was representing the other home we wished to purchase and he did so in an objective and professional manner so that all parties were satisfied.
