We have used Curtus now for the selling of two homes, and the purchase of 3, and we wouldn't ever think of using anyone else. Curtus goes above and beyond, and has always been patient, kind, and honest and keeps your best interests at heart. We have never felt pushed into any decision, and Curtus has always been respectful of our wishes. He responds promptly, and is always readily available. Very professional, and knowledgeable in many areas, and is able to provide a list of very reliable resources needed for buying and selling your home! He definitely makes the process a lot easier! Curtus was very professional during this process. When things didn't go according to plan he helped us along an made thing right. No matter what happened he was there to help us as first time sellers and got the deal done. It did not matter what time of day or if he was away for a break he always got back to us. I would use him again in a heart beat.
