Dana was excellent. Great communication and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use her services again and I highly recommend her for buying or selling your home.

When we signed on with Dana, we weren’t sure what kind of property (e.g., detached, semi, townhome) we wanted to buy, but we did have a wish-list (four, actually, one from each member of our family) and nice-to-have lists. Over the several months that she worked with us, she showed us a variety of properties across a fairly wide swath of the city—some of them more than once. She reached out to homeowners in the area we were looking to buy to see if any were planning on selling in the foreseeable future and ushered us through two purchase negotiations before the negotiation that was ultimately successful (our third try, at a price that we were happy with). Through all the showings and negotiations, we were always confident that Dana was acting in our best interests. She would look for and tell us about potential problems in the properties we viewed and recommended lawyers with the necessary expertise when we were presented with a purchase/sale agreement that contained irregularities. Since we were buying a family home, we were particularly impressed by her willingness to include and listen to our children (12Y and 15Y) throughout the entire process. They also give her 5 stars.

Dana was our Realtor for the sale of our detached home in Cityview. Ours was one of the original homes in an area that has been seeing a lot of tear-down/rebuilds and infills, so we weren't sure how we could best market the property. Over the course of several months, she advised us on the kinds of improvements that would net us the best returns, how we could stage the property for best impact, and what things we could leave as they were. As we prepared the property to list, she met with us several times to discuss marketing strategy (including when in the year we were likely to get many eyes on our listing), and after we did list, was happy to hold as many open houses as we wanted. When we had to pull our listing due to unforeseen circumstances, she took it all in stride (much better than we did, to be honest), and reassured prospective buyers that we would be listing again as soon as we had resolved the unrelated problem that had arisen. Within a few hours of our relisting, we had three showings booked, which led to three competing offers. We were able to sell above asking (at at time when interest rates were still high) and to feel good about how we had readied our property for the new owners. Simply put, she was fantastic; I give her my highest recommendation.

It was a pleasure working with Dana who has given us many advices for us who are new to Ottawa. Simply put, she was more than an agent and we will certainly look for her for our future needs.

Very patient. Dana has been our real estate agent for over five years and she never pressured us to buy until we were ready. We were finally ready to buy this year and we bought a condo and sold our condo with her. Dana is always positive and cheerful. She said if something is not right, or you are not sure, just wait. She gave us referrals for a mortgage broker, a lawyer and several movers. We used all three professionals she recommended and were very happy with the referral information.

Dana was really great to work with and answering all of our questions to find the right property for us. She was also very proactive and bring ideas forward as our situation needed some thinking “out of the box”. Thank you Dana, you were amazing!
