When I started looking to buy, I didn’t have an extensive knowledge about real estate and the market dynamics at the time. I met up with Ryan and he listened attentively, answered all my questions, and explained everything so well! Throughout the process of viewing different places (I viewed over 20 apartments), Ryan was always very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I never felt rushed or my needs not being heard. He shared with me everything about the good and what he suspected was alarming about the apartment units/buildings that we viewed. He knew exactly what I wanted! Ideally close to downtown, lots of natural light, two bedrooms since I work remotely quite often, two or 1.5 bathrooms, reasonable condo fees, PET FRIENDLY, etc. I got exactly that!! And the cherry on top… the apartment has THREE bedrooms (very rare to find), 2 full bathrooms, ensuite storage, and a view of downtown Calgary! Unbeatable location!! My dog and I are very happy in our new home.😊 Also, there are endless amenities within walking distance including a few dog parks, the closest being under 7 mins drive! I am very pleased and happy! Thank you!!!
