I have worked with Dave Niccols on three different deals. He was highly recommended to me by my financial advisor. He is detail oriented and has a lot of experience. He works to get the best deal possible for his clients, as sellers or buyers, and puts his experience to work for the benefit and advantage of the client, rather than himself. He is a realist and tells you how things are, as opposed to telling you what you may prefer to hear instead. He is honest and trust worthy. I would recommend his services.

I was an out of province buyer. Dave assisted with all of the paper work to avoid my having to fly in and out to sign transactions. Also arranged a painter and assisted with making the correct colour choice in paint tobe ready as soon as I had the key.

Dave worked with my husband for nearly 3 years before he found a house that met most of our wants/needs. He did not push us at all. Must say patient indeed! There arose a major financial issue during the sale of our home (no fault of Dave) and Dave, I must say went over and beyond his kindness. Also very resourceful and was rock solid. We would definitely recommend him.

Dave is a professional. He was transparent throughout the whole process and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone buying or selling a house.
