<p><br /> I contacted Dave from across the country to assist in selling my elderly mother's home. I'm in BC, and I had been away from my family home for a long while. Dave attended my mother's residence and provided me with his overall assessment and strategy. Dave was honest, and upfront with me at all times. I relied heavily on Dave's advice from being across the country.<br /> Dave was tenacious from the beginning. He is a consummate professional. Dave had exceptional knowledge of the market, and of the specifics pertaining to my mother's residence. Our situation presented some unique obstacles and challenges in order to prepare my mother's home for sale to our target audience. Dave had ideas and a game plan to address the blips as they arose.<br /> Dave is a planner; and as such, our sales strategy was directed from the onset. Dave always availed himself for advice and to pull the project together. He is driven and had the energy to keep the momentum going.<br /> Dave had exceptional communication skills. He always availed himself by phone, email, and/or text (he must have a built-in Blue Tooth). Dave was able to convey pertinent information in a timely manner, across generations (dealing with the elderly), with kindness, compassion and often with a sense of humour. As a Negotiator, those skills are invaluable.<br /> My mother's home sold for 109% of her asking price. That's right, 9% above listing price. It was through Dave's knowledge, skills and ability and the effort from his Team that we were able to exceed any goals or expectations we had.<br /> I would highly recommend Dave and his Team. He is polite, and very good with older people, speaking clearly and loudly enough for older people to hear him, which was very important for our mother.
